Good Morning Kix! I'm back in the saddle again.... LOL okay, well, not really, but I am back into my workout routine, LOL 30 mins Dreadmill at +7 and 3.2 mph..... was going for longer but after getting interrupted for a call of nature I just couldn't make myself go back out into the gym, once I'm in the locker room I guess I'm just DONE..... LOL

Welcome to a new week, Kix!  I'm definitely getting off my backside today, as I spent most of yesterday sitting on it and snacking.  Every year I say "you don't need to buy Easter candy" and every year I buy it anyway.  Darn caramel-filled dark chocolate bunnies and dark chocolate covered marshmallow eggs on a bed of caramel....  Tasty, but definitely not my best food choices.  Sigh.   Anyway, I'm going to do a 2-a-day to day - lower body strength training and core work at lunch, then 50-60 minutes of cardio after work.  We'll see if I can burn off a bunny or two -  Good luck to everyone finding the time, motivation, and energy to move it today! Kellie

Heading to the pool at 3pm to swim laps....like usual.  My goal for today is 1,000 yards, which is a bit more than 1/2 mile.

Today is my off day - after yesterdays climb my body needs a break. I'm not too sore but just exhausted - thank god this week is spring break - I need the break in the mornings. Have fun moving those bodies today!

After 3 days of misery in my quadriceps, they are finally better today, yay!  Last night I thought I was going to be miserable, that'd I'd overdone it for sure, but I alternated the heating pad from one thigh to the other and I guess it helped.  My calves are still a tiny bit sore but at least I am not hurting anymore.  I plan to go walking this evening to try to loosen everything up again, nothing too hard, just a mile probably.

I haven't done much today.  I had an endometrial ablation repeated.  I originally had it done 18 months ago, but I'm having bleeding issues again, so we are trying again.  Somehow, I've developed lots of fibroids - probably from all the extra hormones released after losing so much weight.  I've kind of layed around waiting for all the anesthesia effects to wear off. Tomorrow, I hope to go the gym and use the bike or treadmill.  I have to be out of the water for 2 weeks.  I'm having a hard time with that!
