Three Months Out....
Jana, well done on the weight loss! I still take a cart every time I go to the grocery store, mostly because I'm usually going there directly from the gym, and my knees are pretty done in by then. I don't trust these rickety knees to do what knees are supposed to do (although I have never had my knees actually give out). It's more of a mind thing than a physical thing. A good way to get in extra steps is to do a couple of laps around the perimeter of the store, even if you are only there to buy one item.
