Hi, Kix!  I'm planning for another set of 2-a-days; lower body strength training and core work at lunch, then 50-60 minutes of cardio after work.   I'm bummed because I seem to have lost the watch part of my heart rate monitor.  I was hoping it would turn up at home last night, but no such luck...  I love using the monitor because it's programmed to give me a more accurate count of the calories I burn based on my age, height, and weight, plus it helps me train in the right cardio zones.  So I'll probably go buy a new one this weekend - another $90 - sigh....   Hope you had a good workout today!  By the way, where's PJ???  Is this the week that she's doing her adventure camp?  If so, I can't wait to hear about it!!! I'm here! I got in last night and am exhausted. Got no sleep but it was all worth it - it was an AMAZING WEEKEND! Actually, it was a life changing weekend for me, I've been kind of weepy since I got back and I think it's because it was all extremely overwhelming. I cover a lot of what happened in my blog so check it out if you want to read more. http://theminimeinme.blogspot.com/   I am going to do a recap for here as well but I did lot's of specific stuff on that. Sounds like you had fun in Vegas! Nice to relax like that, isn't it?

Three days in a row of exercise?  I am shocked.  I did 40 minutes on the recumbent bike when I woke up.  Trying to convince myself that a gym membership would actually be used before I fork up some money.  Trying to exercise 5 days a week.

I had a hard workout today.  Burned 320 calories on the treadmill, then did a full circuit of strength training for upper and lower body.  My knees were screaming afterwards, not sure why.  I also had to run a couple of errands, and made sure I did extra walking during the errands. Kix
