Still 302. I want to be 299 sooooo bad right now. Come on body, play nice.
So what are you eating today? I am nearly out of milk and water so I guess its time to go shopping. I know one thing, I'll be staying far far far away from the Easter candy aisle! I made some potato and cheese soup for hubby last night and had a little taste - it was actually pretty good, and although its not the best choice I think I will have a bowl today. I did at least make it with mootopia and it has cheese in it (and bacon haha) so there is bound to be a little protein. I'll probably have a small cup of it with some chicken for dinner. I also still have leftover chicken enchiladas (very light with queso fresco and a fresh tomato cilantro sauce). Its gonna be another one of those leftover days I think. Right now I'm not hungry. I hate to say it but I slept until 1. I even went to sleep relatively early for me lately (2:30) so I must have been VERY tired. Its probably because I walked at the park for over an hour yesterday (3 miles!). My calves are a little sore this morning.
I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed for you that you see the 2's sooner than later!
Headache is better, but still there a little bit - maybe I'm eating too much cheese? I'm on a Fontina craze, picked some up at Lazy Acres in Santa Barbara this weekend ... yummy!
It's pedicure/manicure night so we're going out to eat afterward, no clue as to where or what I'll eat yet.

Cheese set off migraines in my ex-bf, so I guess it could be possible
Its a good thing I don't have this problem, because I eat quite a bit of cheese!

You will make it to 299 girl, just be patient. My body stalled when I was around 302 and then again when I was around 202; I think it was just trying to make my life difficult! When I finally hit 299 and 199, I did the dance of joy half-naked in my living room (that's where my scale is). Thankfully the curtains were drawn, so I didn't frighten the neighbors!!!! You'll be doing the dance of joy before you know it!!!
I on day two of a modified version of the pouch test to detox myself from carbs. It's also helping get rid of a bunch of fluids I've been retaining because of Aunt Flo and my recent travels. Anyway, here's my plan for the day, which is exactly the same as yesterday!!!
Feeding #1: 1 cup 1% milk in my morning coffee
Feeding #2: 1 cup skim milk, 1 packet No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast, 1/3 nonfat powdered milk
Feeding #3: 1 cup skim milk, 1 packet No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast, 1/3 nonfat powdered milk
[workout #1: upper body strength training, core work]
Feeding #4: 1 cup skim milk, 1 packet No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast, 1/3 nonfat powdered milk
Feeding #5: venti non-fat latte w/ sugar-free vanilla syrup
Feeding #6: 1 cup skim milk, 1 packet No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast, 1/3 nonfat powdered milk
[workout #2: 30 minutes elliptical trainer, 20-30 minutes on rowing machine]

Wow, yeah you were retaining just A LITTLE water!
I bet you feel better now after all that number 1 yesterday. That's me with the other bathroom number. I am having issues today and just made a run to the drug store where I bought miralax and benefiber. The colace I take every day just isn't cutting it at the moment and the glycerin I tried earlier produced de nada. If the miralax works, who knows I might be at 299 by the end of the day! *smirk* (hoping its not THAT bad)

It sucks to hover just above the next level, but hang in there, things will shift shortly!
I had a late start this morning and by the time I was finished with my errands, there was no time to go to the gym. We're going to aquacise tonight, so I'll get some exercise in. The sun is out, but not quite warm enough to take a walk outside. It's supposed to be warmer tomorrow, so I think I'll take a nice walk after my workout.
Here's what I've eaten so far:
B: 2 EAS protein drinks and 1 Instone protein pudding @ 320 calories, 57g protein
E: none, ran errands that involved some walking, but not aerobic walking
S: 1 venti decaf
L: 8 oz chicken thighs @ 500 calories, 57g protein
More later. I have a pot roast in the crockpot, smothered with canned diced tomatoes and big hunks o'onion. Oh, that reminds me, I need to post my recipes!
