How do you count your pounds lost?
How do you count your pounds lost? Do you start from your highest weight? last consultation weight? or surgery weight? why do you choose that method?
I use 2 methods....I use my highest weight but also list my surgery weight. i often use my highest weight beacuse well the total lbs is more and i count that beacuse thats weight that i lost not gained! (trust me i gaining was very easy so to loose something was great).
I choose to also list my surgery weight just beacause i want to give a full picture also ...in case someone starts from their surgery weight
Just currious to see what every one else dose.

I do the same thing you do for basically the same reason.
I do something similar to you, except for my starting point I use the weight I was at when I started my WLS journey, which was 396 pounds. At one point, I was up to 409, but I had been maintaining in the mid-390s for a while when I met my surgeon, so that's the number I use. As far as I'm concerned, every pound lost is a good one!
