Bones, Bones, and some more Bones!
Hello everyone I am really documenting this for my records but thought I would share, I see colar bones today and I am still 270 Wow I didn't think I would see anything like these till much more weight came off, but I am actually seeing alot of skin EXTRA, and bones in my body, I thought Oh my godsh " me" I have a skelaton! I have a qwestion? This might sound funnny but does anyone play with there excess skin? I dont so much mean play but grab it and be like wow there is quite a bit here, or wow I can se where my frame is at where my skin hangs down? I know these are funny questions but just courious, I wonder what it is going to be like when I get another 100 pounds off. Only God knows, Love ya all! Take care Kristy
P.S. Sorry I look crazy here just woke up and before I got dressed I walked by the mirrior and saw the Colar Bones! I was happy to see them.
Great day, please share with me your bone and skin story's!

Congrats on finding your collar bones!!!! We all knew they were in there somewhere, but it's pretty cool when they finally emerge!!! My biggest "wow" moment as it relates to bones, etc., was the development of my sternal notch (that "divot" between your collarbones); I didn't even know what it was called because I had no recollection of ever seeing mine before! Pretty funny -
I mess around with my excess skin, usually to try and see what I'll look like when it's gone! I've been taking lessons from Dr. JLo on Big Medicine when he's trying to show folks how much skin he'll remove and how things will smooth out after surgery
Again, congrats on finding your collar bones!!! More bones to come soon -

I play with my hip bones all the time, but now they are my biggest pain! i can't find a comfy spot to sleep in to save my life these days... my newest WOW is the emergence of my rib cage when I lay down, and the fact that I am starting to have ab's from working out at the gym.
As far as the skin thing goes, I find that my major trouble spot is my upper thighs, and I like to lie down and pull the skin back and admire how much better my legs would look after a lbl...i crack my gf up with my "before and after" game...

You've got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It's called perseverance. -Lee Iacocca

I guess this is yet further proof that we are all much the same. I HATE the fat apron that, even though it has shrunk considerably...its still there! I can wear a control top panty and hide most of it, but you can't deny the naked truth. Sure I grab it and hold it up to see what it would be like if it were completely gone. I'm afraid surgery would be the only way to be totally rid of it. I see my WLS surgeon the coming Wed for my 4 month (can you believe it) post op check & will ask him about it. My boobs can virtually be bent in half. I'm forever asking DH....wouldn't these look nicer if they were alot smaller??? Smart ass says NO every time! LOL I call it bread dough cuaz thats exactly what it feels like! HUGS Jeanine
