Happy wearin' o'the green to everyone. As I post this late Sunday night, Colorado is about to get hammered by a major spring snowstorm.  We're looking at 10-16 inches in my neck of town, so I'll most likely be snowed in all day.  What exercise I get will be shoveling snow and pacing back and forth because I'll be stuck at home. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

When I walk the dogs, I swear the doxie tries to walk me!  When the weather gets better, they will get to join me on my uphill walks.  Don't think they will like it much, but that's the way it goes. Good job on the walk, were the dogs tired, too? Kix

No I didn't hit the treadmill...it was saved from my wrath LOL  Instead...the sun was shining so I walked about 3/4 mile outdoors in the park. It was a little brisk but it felt good. Hooked up my MP3 player and away I went!  LOL  Ya gotta realize....this is sooooooooooooooooo unlike the old couch potato me!  AMEN!   HUGS  Jeanine

I'm going to go to the park and MAKE MYSELF WALK every day this week.  Its spring break, and even though I am planning to go to work most evenings this week, I need to walk first.  My husband and I were talking about some kind of class - either swing dance or tai chi.  I've been looking into it, for as soon as his schedule changes (1-2 more weeks of insanity)  but then I've also been considering joining a Fitness Anytime since our schedule is crazy and one is very close by and never ever busy.  We have treadmills at the apartment complex (2) but one is broken and the other one is usually being used.  I have my recumbent bike at home but its BORING.  I have to get back on track with exercising though, I've really slacked.  Decisions decisions.  I was going to go by Fitness Anytime and Curves today to see how much they are.
