Gym is Open (Friday 3/14)
Sorry I'm late opening the gym this morning!
I haven't done any real rigorous exercise this week. I'm debating whether to go to the gym or just wait and restart next week. I did go to aquacise last night and had a more rigorous workout than I expected (my elbow was actually sore last night).
What will you do to move your body today?

I'm going to try to ride the bike again today, or clean, or both. I really need to do some yoga or at least some serious stretching and range of motion exercise because my back and neck have been stiff all week. I still have the same headache I had Monday and it gets better or worse based on whether I stretch out my neck and shoulders so it must be a tension headache.

Yay me! I did the recumbent bike for 40 minutes and rode 8.3 miles!! Thats twice in a week - could it be an exercise record? *smirk* I am so bad with working out. How on earth do you make yourself do it??
