Hi everyone, I hope you are well.  Its a nice sunny day here.  I just had my first meal - some tuna salad, 4 crackers, and some veggies (bell pepper, tomato, cucumber) What's your food plan today?

Happy Hump Day! Pre B - SF NF Eggnog Latte

B - 2 of Eggfaces Bites, banana

S - SF NF Carmel iced latte

L - meatcrust pizza

S - Power Pop protein popcorn - lemon  flavor bot I like it! My order just came in and I couldn't wait to try it.
D - rotisserie chicken, cauliflower

b= coffee and a protein shake  L= a piece of chcicken parm  s= cheese itz   D= veggie wrap and edamame beans  I may do a protein shake before the nights over  I'm so friggin tired I now its the stupid time change! lol Edit:  I forgot that last night i cut fresh strawberries and sprinkled them with splenda and put them in the freezer so I made us all a strawberry shake tonight I blended those strawberries with skim milk it  tasted just like a strawberry ice cream!

B - tuna salad (maybe 3/4c), 4 club cracker squares (like one large cracker) and a few slices of tomato, green bell pepper, and cucumber  - 30g protein S - 1 serving kays (chili cheese) 10g protein L - 3/4 of a 2 egg and cheese omelet (1/3c mozz) 20g protein S - 16oz mootopia with 8oz coffee and a little sugar-free vanilla syrup 28g protein D - unknown, probably leftover lentils/rice/corn/ro-tel from last night I didn't count calories today but I KNOW I did good on protein - probably around 100g

This will be my last calorie countdown since I am heading to Moab tomorrow!! I have no intention of counting calories when I'm there, since I figure I can eat just about anything i want and definitely won't gain . It's more a matter of eating enough to counteract what I am going to expend in all that exercise. Today was kind of a basic, maintenance day. Busy day too and I had a hard time keeping up with my eating every few hours. Pre-workout snack: PB Pudding snack: atkins protein bar, small banana lunch: WW Homestyle Chicken w/ Green Beans/ 1/4 c. raisins snack: fat free yogurt snack: 2 atkins protein bars snack: 2 packets of Cheese and crackers dinner: 1c. of cooked zucchini with garlic and parmesan cheese, 1 granola bite snack: 2 granola bites calories: 2129 fat: 83 carbs: 274 fiber: 44 protein: 103 water: 112 weight: 170

Let's see, today I ate: B: 2 EAS protein drinks @ 220 calories, 34g protein E: ran 800 errands that included walking S: 1 venti decaf L: 2 crunchy tacos (I didn't really want tacos, I was starving and desperate and not yet headed toward home). 340 calories, 16g protein E:  short walk with dogs D: 1 cup homemade chili mac and 1 dinner roll (I haven't made chili mac in years!  It was really tasty, with plenty of onion, bell pepper, celery, and diced tomatoes as well as beans, and lean burger).  I kept the elbow mac separate so I wouldn't overdo it, and there's plenty left for my sister's dinner tomorrow night, yay! S: 1 Instone protein pudding @ 100 calories, 20g protein (with acidophilus powder mixed in) Kix
