Gym is Open (Tuesday 3/11)

No, my bike is at home, I didn't like the one at the gym that I tried.  I still haven;t seen an inline skating machine, what does it look like?

My apointment with the trainer was rescheduled for thursday,   he double booked himself today.  anyway I did 20 mins on the tredmill and I did the run walk run walk . I only did 20 mins because I had the booger with me and the tv in the kids room was missing so he was not a happy booger lol  Estelle

Honestly, I don't know how I made it through my childhood.  I had to sit quietly when I went places with my parent(s), and this didn't include having the luxury of a TV everywhere we went, either.  I would sometimes try to sneak a book to read, but my parent(s) felt this was rude.  Of course, I also had a pet dinosaur, so things were different in those days!  Kix

It was an outstanding day in CO today!  Sun was blazing, and it was close to 70 degrees.  I was outside all day, and I'm kind of paying the price now.  I take a preventive dose of keflex every day, and one of the side effects is that the skin can break out in rashes when exposed to the sun.  My hands are all itchy now.  I know better, I just forgot the sunscreen.   I did lots of walking outside, and we went to aquacise class this evening.   Kix
