Calorie Countdown - What's on your plate this "fine" Monday?

OHHHHHHHHH, I have a headache. I know why. I am dehydrated. I didn't drink NEARLY enough water this past weekend. Today its going to be 100oz, even if I float away. We also ate out a bunch this weekend, and I've got a bunch of leftovers. Salt city. That doesn't help with dehydration, no doubt. Here's my Monday as I've planned it -
B - 4oz coffee with 8oz mootopia, iced
L - chipotle bol leftovers - I have almost an entire burrito bol left over - rice, chicken, pinto beans, corn salsa, tomato salsa, and cheese - I'll probably eat 1/2 of the leftovers for lunch
S - left over hamburger patty with swiss cheese and grilled onions (3oz give or take)
D - chipotle bol leftovers - other half or whatever is left
S - 2 clementines or a strawberry bar (blended strawberries with a little bit of water and froze as homeade popsicles)
Calories - 983
Fat - 33g
Carbs - 81g
Fiber - 14g
Protein -86g
Water or fluids should I say are the only thing I count daily. My DR wants me to aim for 100 oz every day since I tend to get dehydrated.
It's going to be 84 and beautiful here today, and I'm inside freezing! Here's my day so far -
Pre B - SF NF Cinnamon Latte
B - 2 Eggface Bites - 1 pizza, 1 veggie
S - Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa with 2 SF marshmallows, ham, cheese, RF triscuits (later)
L - crockpot chicken fajitas
S - turkey jerky or Kay's Naturals
D - grilled chicken skewers and brocollini
S - sliced mangos V - done W -1/2 E - nope

Funny, I have a headache too. Although mine is most likely from the 7 mile run I did yesterday (not all at once - did 2 runs at 3.5 miles each), since I drank tons of water. I've thought about caving in and taking something, it's becoming that irritating.
I'm about to float away today, my goal is to drink 120 ounces of water and I am already at 90. My body is retaining water like crazy (I gained 5 pounds last week and I feel bloated - between my period, my sugar problems and then my crazy eating my body is rebelling, rightly so) so I'm taking some major drastic steps to get these 5 pounds back off before camp.
breakfast: 2 eggs
snack: string cheese and small banana
lunch: WW Garlic Chicken and Squash
snack: atkins protein bar
snack: fat free yogurt, small apple
dinner: grilled chicken with cooked squash and parmesan cheese
snack: fat free yogurt or PB pudding (not sure yet)

Glad your weekend went well, mine was crazee!!! But Fun we had a good time and today I heard from a friend I haven't seen in years. We are going to get together next weekend.
Its 6:15 and so far today I have had
2 coffee's with skim milk
44 oz water
B=1 protein shake mixed with water
L=the chicken from a mcdonald grilled snack wrap
i'll post more as the day progresses.
D=corned beef and cabage (mostly cabage the beef was to greasy)
I made this last night and cooked the beef in the oven and the cabage with carots on the stove top so the cabage was good and not greasy at all
I will try to drink another protein shake before bed but I may not be able too. I had a pretty yucky day today I'm not sure why I think its the damn time change !

B 2 cups coffee with powdered creamer
L 5 boiled potstickers (260 cal, 12 g protein)
S 3/4 oz cheddar, 2 rye crisp crackers
D Hamburger (no bun), 1/2 baked potato w/ LF sour cream, grilled onions
S English muffin with raspberry jam
Will be drinking lots of crystal light and decaf iced tea as I am dehydrated as well. It causes my BP to drop dramaticly (sp?).
