I screamed at people all day!   does that count?  man what a crappy day I had today I never made it to the gym but tomorrow is my work with the trainer day!  wish me luck :) Estelle

Well, I'm counting pushing the button on the slot machine at the casino, so you can most certainly count screaming. Went on an errand for my sister and found myself within spitting distance of the casinos today and I couldn't resist.  Wish I had, I burned through $40 in about three hours.  Ugh!    Meanwhile, the ossified old lady next to me kept hitting all sorts of jackpots.  @*$(%!  I wanted to knock her off the stool and commandeer her machine. Oh, at least I walked up and down the main drag at the casino town several times today.  It was cold up in them thar hills, though, around 40 degrees.  Brr.  People looked at me kind of oddly, maybe because most people take the casino shuttles back and forth. I walked for 30 minutes.. even though it was sunny out, the wind was very cold. By the time I got home my cheeks, thighs and hands were numb (the wind was even blowing through my mittens..)..
