I would like to know which type of shapewear you've tried and how you like it..The good, the bad and the ugly! I've been looking into buying a few pieces and I've looked at Dr. Rey's shapewear and also Spanx. I see a whole lot of mixed reviews..some people size 2 buying it and loving it and some people 175 buying it and hating it. What I'm looking for is something that will stay in place, suck in my saggy tummy, and possibly have a thong or some other kind of rear not the full butt brief...and well be comfortable.   Thanks so much for ANY and ALL opinions/reviews Jamie

I am interested to see what replies you get.  I saw something on TV recently in an infomercial but I cannot recall the name of it.  It looked great.

I LOVE Spanx Higher Power.  (I need the midriff and thigh control).  But the downside is that Spanx don't last long if you wear them every day like I do.  Abd that can become fairly expensive at $36  a pop.  I just tried Dr. Rey's shapewear, and it is wonderful too. ...probably does a better job of shaping than the Spanx.   The version most like SPANX Higher Power is $40, but is heavier, and because of that will probably last longer.  The downside with this one is that it is difficult to put on  (I guess that is why it does such a great just of holding everying in!),  and doesn't have the split crotch, so potty time is a struggle.  If it had the split crotch it would be perfect.  I'm toying with the idea of cutting the crotch myself....... The styles I've been lookin at come up under your bra or close to it and then have like a thong back. However, my concern is that it will roll down on me and I'll be struggling with it all day trying to keep it up. I also looked at the full bodysuit but my fear with this one is the feeling of being overclothed..(is that even a word??) you know like going out in summer and feeling like your dressed for a snowstorm..?! I'm leaning toward the Dr. Rey products only because I want extreme coverage. From my boobs down is saggy skin and I want it neat and tucked. I'd LOVE to finally be able to wear a nice pair of jeans or capris without having to look for a huge shirt to camouflage the tummy skin. I can wear a size 12 jeans I even have one pair of 8's but I still buy huge shirts and it's depressing. I want to buy some cute little Spring tops you know the ones they make for us girls are super tight and show every single flaw so I was hoping that the shaper would help this?? Thanks again, J

My main problem is thighs/belly, and I like the bike shorts type styles that are high waisted.  The one I have right now is from Avenue.  I like bike shorts under skirts anyway to keep thighs from rubbing, but these hold everything in nicely.  Except they are getting too big :)

For our son's wedding, I bought a Spanx (high midriff to thigh control w/ split crotch). I don't wear it, except for special occasions with dress clothing. It is very comfortable and I have had no problem with it staying up. Hope this helps! God bless! Cindy

Get to try Squeem Shapewear. :) I actually bought one and I could say that it really fits well to my body. It smartly hides my body flaws, specially that protruding tummy of mine that's always been my major problem. I got it at Lauren Silva Shapewear. :D

Well after having three kids, I don't get much leisure time. I want to work out, but I don't get the chance too. I'm either cooking for the family, cooking, or driving around to pick them up. The way I deal with my tummy is by using this  shapewear! They even have the thongone you were looking for! The funny thing is after I wore it, people thought I really did have surgery! I hope this helps you as much as it helped me! ;)
