Gym is Open (Friday 3/7)

It's Friday, and I'm trying to stifle the urge to punch my sister in the nose.  I tidy up the house every day and she's such a slob.  When I call her on it, she says she's glad to give me something to ***** about.  If the roles were reversed, I'd never hear the end of it, but I guess it's OK for her because it's her house.  Sorry to vent!  The gym is open. That's exactly why I don't have a roommate - I'm just like you, hate messes, and the thought of living with someone who is a slob just makes me hyperventilate. I so feel for you, it would drive me crazy! I had a long, but mellow workout today. Warmed up walking at a 15% incline for 12 minutes, then did weights for about 40 minutes. Ended with 20 minutes on the spinning bike - I'm finally getting into the habit of doing this thing. Still don't love it but hey, next week I get to be outside in the warm sun, so that just might make me love mountain biking! This afternoon I plan on a walk at lunch, then tonight I'm going rock climbing. It's free at REI, you can't beat that price!

In my life i'm your sister! lol    I would love it if it weren't true!!!!! but I can't help it I hate to clean and i'm the most unorganized person will you ever meet. Don't get me wrong I do it, But I never look forward to it and I NEVER don't do something I want to do because my house is messy lol  I didn't make it to the GYM today I went shopping right after work and got home about 10:30 I'm counting that as exercise!! Have a great weekend!!!!!! mine is a busy one! after the Cub Scout Dinner tomorrow night we are having friends over for drinks when I fully intend on trying out Jans sf margarita mix and i'm drinking all Loris tequilla lol..
