CP - a couple food reviews
Curry Chicken -
If you have a Trader Joe's near you and like curry - give their curry chicken tenders a go. (I sampled these the other day when I was having a low blood sugar spell), and I really liked them. Bought a couple packs and fixed one last night. They are fresh chicken tenders in a curry sauce and they cook up in just a few minutes. I really liked them, but then again you've got to like curry. I served them over rice to hubby with brocollini on the side. What a great fast easy meal!
Peeps -
either you love them or you hate them, I happen to love them.
I finally got some of the Sugar Free Peeps, sweetened with Splenda, on sale for 99 cents a pack, 3 to a pack, and 60 calories. YUMMY! Even better if eaten frozen. To me they taste just like what I remember from the regular ones.
I plan to float those little yellow chicks in my Hot Cocoa, and I want to bake a cake and use them along with SF jelly beans to decorate it for Easter. I mentioned to Molly the other day that I thought they'd be cute in place of marshmallows on sweet potatoes, so might give that a try too.
Have you tried anything new lately you could tell us about ?

Peeps are very good in sweet potatoes - I like to bake mine in the jacket and then open them up and put butter and a peep or 2 inside. Well I LIKED to do that. No curry for me though, even if we had TJs. Thanks for the food reviews!

Yeah I like some of the Thai curries - green and red, but yellow curry doesn't like me and I don't like it. Most Indian food doesn't like me actually.
