5 Day Pouch Test -- Anyone Interested?

With all this talk about those last few pounds we need to shed, or lax eating behaviors we need to correct, I'm planning to start the 5 Day Pouch Test on Monday 3/10. There is always safety in numbers, so I thought I'd post to see if anyone is interested in starting this with me on Monday.   Kix

Hiya, Kix.  I'm interested, but I'll be on vacation that week.  And although I'm generally good, I'd be kidding myself if I thought I could do the 5DPT while I'm in Las Vegas!  But I will do it when I get back from vacation.  I really need to cut back on my calories and my carbs, and I think the 5DPT will help me do that.   I'm sure other folks will be interested in joining you, and if you want to do it again next month, I'd be in.   "Talk" to you later -  Kellie

I'm right beside ya Kix!! I need all the support I can get. I was telling Kix earlier that I am a total carb junkie...a carboholic if you will...I mean I need to kick this nasty habit before it gets totally out of control!! Hugs, Jamie

I'm also interested but will be of vacation untill March 17.  I'll be sure to jump on board the next time you do it. I'm going through a stall right now.

HEY KIX,       EVERYONE SAYS THAT POUCH TEST DEAL IS PRETTY GOOD. I WOULD LOVE TO KICK START MY WEIGHTLOSS A LIL AGAIN BUT I DONT KNOW IF COULD DO THAT...
