Gym is Open (Thursday 3/6)
I didn't feel like dragging my backside over to Bally's, but I headed over there and realized I could just go to the rec center instead. This was around noon, so it was likely to be pretty empty.
I was right. I had the in-line skating machine all to myself, so I turned up the IPod and did 300 calories worth of skating on a random cardio program (one of those that goes uphill and downhill).
I burned 300 calories and did around 4 miles in 33 minutes. It was a nice change from killer treadmill.
I stayed to do my upper and lower body strength training even though they don't have the wide variety of weight machines Bally's has. A woman came up to me and said, "You're not using oxygen any more!" I smiled and we chatted for a bit. I did not recognize her, but given her fit appearance, she's obviously a regular and must have seen me there at some point. I'd kill to have her firm, toned legs. Mine are so saggy I'm getting saddle bags around my knees.

Ok too many squats yesterday. I had an azz cramp today - a charlie horse in my butt. I starting pacing around the grocery store moaning and groaning and holding my right cheek. It was entertaining to my husband (I was laughing at it too, but arrrrrgh it hurt!!!) I am sore. I was sore before the cramp, but now I feel like one cheek is bigger than the other and I am sitting crooked.
