Hi, Jen.  Happy Wednesday to you too.  I'm trying to get ready to leave for vacation Friday, so haven't been online as much.  And will definitely be offline next week!  But here's my plan for the day - 

B - 1 c. 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker weight control oatmeal

S #1 - 1 c. lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, ~1/2 c. sliced strawberries S #2 - 1 serving Kashi honey sesame crackers, ~1 oz. hot pepper cheese, maybe a banana [workout #1 - upper body strength training, core work]

L - Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers grilled chicken marinara, 1 navel orange

S #3 - venti non-fat latte w/ sugar-free vanilla syrup

S #4 - 1 slice whole-wheat bread, 3 slices turkey, 1 slice low-fat cheese

[workout #2 - 60 minutes of some form of cardio]

D - Kashi southwest chicken, 1/2 c. salsa

S #5 - 2 sugar-free fudgesicles or 1 Starbucks mocha bar

Today's weight:  188.8 (I think Aunt Flo is going to be early, so I'm retaining fluids and feeling like the Michelin tire man!!!!!)

Hi Jen - I love hump day, think it's my favorite day on the week! Pre B - SF NF Eggnog latte

B - ham, cheese, RF triscuits

S - cottage cheese and Splenda peaches

L - Surprised with a business meeting lunch - went to Johnny Carinos and had part of a Chicken Ceaser Salad (no bread)
S - turkey jerky or Kay's Naturals

D - curry chicken, brocolli (was going to be last nights dinner but we went out instead)

S - sliced mangos

We went to Carino's a few months back and I was very disappointed with the changes they've made - their prices are higher and their menu is more limited.  I pretty much only ever ate the lemon rosemary chicken and now its gone (and before that I only ate the chicken balsamico, which they removed a few years ago).  If I recall I had a soup and I sent it back for some reason and got a side salad instead - oh yeah it was minestrone but they stuck it in a blender.  Yuck. I hope you enjoyed yours more than I enjoyed mine!

Carino's is across the street from our building, so it's the place the boss always picks. Since I don't do pasta, I always end up with salad. It was good and he picked up the bill for 11 people. I actually didn't feel that bad for eating so little.  Last time I had the same salad the chicken was dry and made me sick, but this time it was very moist. We were entertaining a group of mostly Korean businessmen that we might do business with. The one guy sitting next to me was great to talk to, funny stories and a great conversationalist, so I didn't eat much, I talked more. 

I would never go to Carino's by choice, there just isn't that much for me to choose from.

I am going to try to post this each weekday (no computer access on the weekends).   AM:  16 ounces decaf coffee B: 3 saltines, 1.5 ounces cheese, 3 strawberries L: 2 ounces garlic chicken, 1 fried egg (plus five pieces of buttery popcorn from a coworker!  ) S: 12 ounces orange juice, 16 ounces decaf coffee D: ???

Here's my day - it was very salty B - NSA carnation in 16oz mootopia L - grilled chicken breast from chick-fil-a, half of a side salad with light italian dressing and sunflower seeds, 3 of husband's fries D - 1/2 chicken salad wrap with tomatoes, jalapenos, and cheese, 1 bag baked chips When I get home tonight - probably some milk and/or fruit Calories - 1003 Fat - 32g Carbs - 84g Fiber - 9g Protein -87g

I was thinking about you today , remember when you told us about that guy at work that didn't recognize you?  well when I was at the store today I was talking to this guy who I had never met and was just yacking like I usualy do, I have never been shy and have always been very outgoing even at almost 400 lbs.  Well that all changes when you start to get a waist because omg they think you are flirting!!!!! I could see me getting into alot of trouble here lol    before I was just the nice fat girl lol  now i'm the flirt , someone called me a flirt today I was like me?  lol heres my nut info  B= Chicken rolls  L=grocery store hot bar stuffed pepper insides  S=1 serving kays chili cheese chips D=quesadilla made with1 low carb 50 cal wrap and veggies and smoked mozz cheese  S =sf low fat mouse  pudding   what ya got for pack your lunch suggestions?  I cant keep food at my office or I eat it , so its gotta be something I can bring everyday,  I'm kinda at a loss because its not like i can pack a sandwhich and I don't really have a microwave , I can borrow one from a tenant if I want but its a pia. suggestions?  Thanks I did 35 mins on the tredmill alternating from 3.3 to 4.4 alot more time on 3.3 than 4.4 lol  I did almost 2 miles I cant remember what it was I just remember thinking almost 2 miles.  Thanks!
