Hi everybody (and I hope that includes some new people!)
i just got back from voting and lunch. I changed candidates at the very last moment, my husband and I don't agree on our democrat, but for some strange reason I switched my position when the ballot was in front of me. I'd be pleased with anyone other than our current president, and come on can't they both win? I want to see a woman AND a black man as president!! Either way, its historic and exciting.
So far today I've eaten half of a salad from Chipotle, and 1 square of chocolate - grilled chicken, pinto beans, cheese, tomato salsa, corn salsa, and cheese. Yum. I plan to have the other half for dinner.
I also plan to have 32oz of Mootopia again today - that gets me basically 60g of protein right there.
Besides that, maybe a piece of fruit, a V-8, and/or another piece of chocolate. We'll see, and I'll report it later.
I am spotting today. This never happens and its a week early?!?!?! Harumph, thanks hormones.

Protein - 113g (highest I've ever gotten it to!)
These were good options - I could definitely do this once a week, very satisfied
I'll be watching the news all night tonight to see the results - how crazy has this election season been? But I'm loving it.
Today was a much better day - cravings almost all gone, I felt much more in control. Plus I got a good workout in... always a good thing

dinner: chicken tenders with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. green beans

I was driving home from my Optifast meeting tonight and heard a reporter from San Antonio mention that it was 75 degrees there today. This, as I'm shivering waiting for my tacos at Taco Bell.
Oy.
My family is also split on our democrat. My sister and I are in one camp, and her kids are in the other.
Here's what I ate today:
B: 1 can Instone protein pudding @100 calories, 20g protein
E: mountain goat treadmill and strength training @275 calories expended
L: big azz salad (shrimp, lettuce, cheese) @ 500 calories, 40g protein
S: 1 decaf venti (free! Starbucks had to brew a new pot and I had to wait 5 minutes for my order, so they gave it to me for free! Woohoo!)
D: 4 tacos from Taco Bell @ 680 calories, 32g protein (I should have stopped at two, but I let myself go too long between meals and I was ravenous).
Totals: 1280 - 275 = 1005 calories, 92g protein
