Good morning, Kix, and welcome to Friday!!!!!  I'm having lunch with a couple friends today, so will go to the gym after work.  I'm going to do some strength training and core work, then spend 20-30 minutes on the rowing machine.  All in all, I plan to spend about 2 hours at the gym tonight.   I'm trying to stick to my routine until I leave for Vegas next Friday!  Although I will exercise while I'm on vacation, it won't be as much as I've been doing these past couple months...   How are you doing today?  Kellie

Can you believe it's almost March?? I never thought spring would get here and now I'm shocked it got here so fast. Funny how we are never satisfied. I had a great morning - I ran 4 miles... and they were pretty easy! After Wednesdays workout where I thought death was on the horizon, this was kind of nice. As a matter of fact, it was so easy that I just kept speeding it up. I started the first mile at 5mph, then bumped it to 5.1 for the next mile, 5.2 for the next, then put it at 1% incline for the last mile. And I'm not too sore either, whoohooo!! This weekend will be marathon workouts - I'm trying to build my endurance for camp. I'm spending all day tomorrow outside in what is suppose to be 70 degree weather (can you believe it???!!!) - I'm running 4 miles in the morning, then hiking 7 miles in the afternoon. Sunday will be snowy so I plan on staying inside, running 4 miles, doing the bike for a while and weights. Get out there and enjoy this weather!!
