Pre B - SF NF Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte

L - crock pot chicken fajitas * oops - thought that's what I grabbed out of the freezer, but nope, it's a steak and green bean dish I made instead.

D - about 1/2 of a small low carb tortilla filled with chicken, salsa, cheese and refried beans

Hi, Jen - we've got this drill down, darlin'!  Sorry today's a long day for you - those can be hard to get through.  Smart girl to pack some healthy food options so you won't have problems like last week.  Here's what's on my plate today -  

B - 1 c. 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker weight control oatmeal

S #1 - 1 c. lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, ~1/2 c. sliced strawberries

S #2 - 1 small banana, 1 graham cracker, ~1 tbsp. peanut butter

[workout #1 - lower body strength training, core work for 1 hour]

L - Lean Cuisine stuff cabbage w/ mashed potatoes, salad, light raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

S #3 - venti non-fat latte w/ sugar-free vanilla syrup

S #4 - 1 slice whole-wheat bread, 3 slices turkey, 1 slice low-fat cheese, alfalfa sprouts,

[workout #2 - clearing my driveway of snow!]

D - ~5 oz. steak, steamed broccoli, salad S #5 - 2 sugar-free fudgesicles or 1 Godiva dark chocolate truffle

Well I packed them last time too, I just sort of left them sitting in my living room.  So not only did I not get to eat them, all the cold stuff had to be thrown in the garbage.  I brought a bunch of stuff today and ironically have no appetite.  I don't think I'll even get close to what my meal plan for the day says.

Here's my plan for the day - B - Promis activ shot, 1/4c trail mix S - Lunchables Jr (turkey, cheese, ritz) and 1/2 banana L - chicken and a bite or two of pasta from lean cuisine chicken parmesan, 1/2 avocado S - v-8 spicy, 2 clementines S - 1/2 serving Kays naturals cruncheese Go home Dinner - 1/4lb ground beef meatloaf (with onions and bell peppers), 1 red potato boiled That's the plan anyway, I doubt I'll really eat that much Calories - 1177 Fat - 44g Carbs - 120g Fiber - 19g Protein - 83g

Hehe, not EVEN close to plan I had the activ shot, the trail mix, the lunchables, the banana, the V-8, the meatloaf and the potatoes, and I made a mootopia chai latte with a little honey and one fried chicken drumstick minus the breading. Calories 1135 Fat 38g Carbs 101 Fiber 8g Protein 91g

1 weider shake

1/2 a lean burger patty

1/2 shredded white cabbage sprayed with that hellman's asian silk

1/2 tin of beefaroni - don't ask!

1/2 whole red pepper sliced 

2 slices pastrami-lean

1 low fat high fibre brownie!

vitamins=yes

water=3/4

 

might have some allbran bites 

starting BMI 60.8+

lost 126 lbs since November 10th and still dropping...Surgery Dec. 10th

I'm back and ready for business! I WAYYYY over indulged this weekend and the scale was a bit unkind to me this morning, so I've got my work cut out for me. I don't believe I am going to make my goal for camp om 2 weeks but I'll be damned if I won't try. Let's just say that I needed to do a bit of detox the next few days, I feel horrible. pre-workout snack: PB pudding breakfast: 2 fried eggs (with Pam spray) snack: Atkins Protein bar, 1/4 c. raisins lunch: WW Chicken and veggies in a tomato sauce snack: small banana, fat free yogurt dinner: grilled chicken with grilled zucchini and parmesan cheese snack: 3 granola bites calories: 1656 fat: 55 carbs: 191 fiber: 22 protein: 111 water: 104 ounces (at least) weight: 172 I also ran 3 miles this morning, then walked at my lunch hour for about 40 minutes.

Wayyyy overindulged hmm?  I was wondering where you disappeared to after saying you were going to make a point of posting every day until your camp.  You've still got two weeks, you can get yourself at least closer to where you wanted to be.  Good luck! The mere thought of running three miles makes me tired.

I tell ya, it was a wild weekend. I have found that funerals (which I am getting way too much experience in), or actually high stress in general, causes my sugar to go batty. So, I was fighting low sugar all weekend and it just went downhill from there. I just kept eating and eating and not the best choices either. I think my life will be somewhat normal now, at least until I head to Moab. (knock on wood)
