Calorie Countdown Tuesday - Where did everyone go?

Its Tuesday!  Umm, that's all I have to say.  Few people have been posting in this thread lately... I hope we get some action today.  I slept till noon (and as Dana Carvey would say - I'm still tired, I think I'll go to Starbucks and get a frappacino).  Well Dana doesn't dump, but I am having strawberry carnation instant breakfast instead.  I have a good day ahead of me - I am meeting my best friend for dinner and a movie.  NO kids, NO husbands.  She needs a break and I need a friend, so it works.  I don't know what movie she wants to see (our movie tastes do not coincide) but I want to see Sweeny Todd or There will be Blood or one of a couple foreign films that are showing lately.  She does not.  We will probably see a chick-flick like Fool's Gold or Atonement.  (I'd so rather see Atonement).  I think my husband and I will have a movie weekend though - Lars and the Real Girl (dollar movie), Sweeny Todd, There Will Be Blood, Be Kind Rewind (doesn't fit with the others) and/or all of the academy nominated short-films at one time.  We will probably see 2 or 3 in a day - we do that now and again.  It might be harder now, since my butt hurts if I sit too long.  Here is my food plan for today B - CIB with mootopia L - mootopia with chai and honey S - v-8, 2 clementines and some baked vanilla almonds D - Thai - a cup of veggie soup, probably share an entree and mango/sticky rice with Stephanie S - banana or avocado with a little salad dressing

Hi, Jen - who knew you'd be looking for action online???  Not sure where the rest of our buds are, but I enjoy this post, and I think it helps keep me accountable.  Especially when one of my co-workers brought me back Kona Coffee Dark Chocolate Macadamias from Hawaii.  They are sitting on my desk, daring me to open the bag.  But I'm not going to do it.  Not today anyway...  Here's what's on my plate today -

I'm here, just posting late into the night like I usually do. We haven't seen "There Will Be Blood" yet, but we probably will in the near future.  I want to see Lars and the Real Girl, and I'd like to see Gone Baby Gone.   Here's what I ate today: B;  1 Instone pudding, 20g protein, 100 calories E:  mountain goat treadmill, expended 330 calories, plus did lower body strength training. S:  1 venti decaf so I wouldn't eat the upholstery in the car while running errands, with 2oz milk L:  4 tacos (I was starved and ate them too fast.  I think one of the shells stabbed me in the heart)       680 calories, 32g protein E:  vigorous aquacise, 100 calories expended (conservative, but not sure of exact count) D: chicken, about 6 oz; 330 calories, 42g protein      green beans, only ate a few because I didn't enjoy them S:  2 oz cashews (the last of the container)  314 calories, 10g protein Totals:  1430 - 430 calories expended = 100 calories, 104g protein I'll be glad when I am tired of crunchy tacos.  They don't provide enough protein to make the calorie count worthwhile.  Ah, but they taste so good! I'm making cajun soup tomorrow. Kix
