Good morning, Kix, and welcome to another fun and exciting week down on the farm. I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of spring, and enjoyed some great sunshine this weekend!
My exercise plan for Monday is the 2-a-day plan. Lower body strength training and core work at lunch, then 45-60 minutes of cardio after work, plus some stretching. I've noticed that I feel more "refreshed" when I stretch at the end of a workout, so have been trying to add that to my routine.

Hi Kix,
I went to the gym today!!! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 20 on the bike and sat in the sauna for 15 minutes.
This was my first day back in forever. My back-up at work quit on me and I worked 24 days in a row without a day off. I trained someone and had a day off Sunday!!! Yeah!!! Woohooo and I am off the next two days.

Well lets see I went to he gym tonight but I forgot my sneakers at home I tried to do the elliptical with sox and well it doen't really work, So after 16 mins I got off . I did do some weight machines mostly arms and the rower for about 2 mins (kills me)
I hope I remember my shoes tomorrow if not i'm not going lol
