Hot Versus Cold

I am having  weird temperature fluctuations.  It drives me mad...one minute I am freezing and the next I am shedding clothes like crazy. Next think ya know, I 'm running for my sweatshirt again..>>Has anyone else experienced this?  And no....its not menopause.   HUGS  Jeanine

DANG JEANINE,        YOU SOUND LIKE A TEA POT LOL..... SIMMERING ONE MINUTE AND BOILING OVER THE NEXT LOL.... I DONT KNOW WHAT CAUSES THAT BUT I CAN SAY I GET MADE FUN OF ALL THE TIME FOR BEING COLD... IF WE HAD AN ELECTRIC BLANKET ON OUR BED LEON WOULD BE A BAKED TATER BY NOW.LOL... I AM FREEZING ALL THE TIME AND WEAR TWO PAIR OF SOCKS ALL THE TIME... GO FIGURE??? NEVER WAS LIKE THIS TILL I HAD WLS... MAYBE ITS IN MY HEAD BUT I DONT THINK SO.... YOU COULD HAVE LEFT ME IN AN ICECREAM FREEZER IN WALMART BEFORE SURGERY AND I WOULDNT HAVE CARED ..... WELL ESPECIALLY IF WAS BLUE BELL SECTION LOL... HUGS MARGE

You crack me up!! LOL  I understand the cold part...not as much blubber to insulate things ha ha. BUT......I was wondering if it has something to do with metabolism...such as after eating.  My daughter made a comment once about being cold all the time & told my DH when I get cold....feed me and I'll warm up. What the heck....am I a puppy? LOL  It will be VERY interesting to see how I handle summer this year. Every hot season I am a terrible head sweater....not much at all under arms or anywhere else....just my head & face (heat rises?) LOL  I pray to God I can go shopping in a store without looking like I just had a shower!!  Time will tell.  HUGS  Jeanine

Very funny! LOL  I start ou****ching TV in front of the fire with my blanket across my legs and a sweatshirt on and before long I lose both.  Of course I am let out of the house!  LOL  I am somewhat of a homebody....always have been. My lady patient wears me out...and now going to Curves and my 2nd job...I enjoy being home when I'm not working....but what did you have in mind?  Daytime Mon-Wed is much easier for me than evenings.  Hey...do you like wasabi pretzels??  I didn't realize that flavor was horseradish..YUK!  I have 2 boxes of protein chips that would cost me more to return than I'd get as a refund. I'm looking to give these away to anyone who wants them.  HUGS  Jeanine

Jeanine, you DO look fantastic! I'm wondering if the hot/cold thing is related to the loss of estrogen as you lose weight. Even though you say it isn't menopause, I think that change would still affect you, yes? -Julie :)
