Weekends are notoriously dull for the calorie countdown threads, but if you logged it and you want to post it, the thread is now open.
I've eaten poorly today - so far I've had 2 bites of baked sweet potato (nothing on it), the meat from one baby back rib, and about 1/2 of a side salad - I just stole from my husband's meal at Logan's and ordered a side salad. I've also had three starburst.
I'm going to make chicken and cheese quesadilla for dinner and try to get a glass of mootopia milk in my gullet for protein, but I've been mostly picking at food for the last few days, especially meat. Fruit is pretty much all I want, weird? I am losing again (ts so streaky now) so that could be why food is not appealing. I don't mind, I preferred when food wasn't appealing after surgery. It made life easier.

Here's my Saturday -
B/L - meat from one baby back rib, half of a house salad (fork dipped in ranch), and 2 bites of baked sweet potato
S - 3 starburst candies because I felt kind of wacky and a little sugar helps (no hypoglycemia please)
D - 2 small mission multigrain tortillas, 1/2 cup cheese (cheddar and mozz mixed - I like low-fat mozz because it has more protein and less fat but tastes better than the other low-fat cheese, but I mix in some real cheese for flavory goodness) - eaten as a quesadilla
S - 16oz mootopia skim milk flavored with some chai tea and a tiny dallop of honey
S - 1 corn on the cob, 2 clementines
Water - working hard to get it in
Vitamins - ummm... crap I need to take those
Exercise - none today

Sunday - we went to the zoo so I walked for several hours. I was pleased with how well I did energy-wise but I am struggling to get enough water in today with the extra sweating I did and not drinking while at the zoo.

L - 1 slice of country bread, 6 sun-dried tomatoes, 1/4c part skim mozzarella, 1 tsp olive oil
D - 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 cup green grapes, 1tbsp dijon mustard, 1 laughing cow light cheese wedge
S - 16oz mootopia milk, 1/2c double strength chai tea, 1/2 tsp honey

Let's see, we had a busy Saturday. We went to the Garden Show at the Convention Center for a few hours. I took some Atkins protein bars and ate three of those (total 450 calories, 33g protein). I smuggled in two botlled of water (40 oz).
We walked from the parking lot at the Denver Center to the Convention Center (1.5 blocks), walked all over the Convention Center, then walked back to the DCPA because we had theater tickets (1.5 blocks). We went to a stupid play called, "The Last Five Years." It was 1.5 hours of singing about a failing relationship. The staging and overemoting of the two actors gave me acid flashback to high school drama club. Ugh! The male lead was kind of hot, but in reading his bio in the playbill, he thanked his SO (a dude). Sigh, story of my life!
We had a late lunch/early dinner at the Rocky Mountain Diner, where I had a small bowl of chili and 1/2 portion of buffalo meatloaf, taking the other half to eat later. Not sure of the calorie count, but buffalo is loaded with protein.
Sunday eating was not too good. I had a can of Instone pudding for breakfast (20g protein, 100 calories). We planned to go to Costco to load up on coupon specials, but when we got there, we found out the coupons aren't good until tomorrow. We had a hot dog (disappointing, there was something amiss with the onions). I ate some habanero pepper dip with pretzels when we got home (we bought all sorts of delicious dip mixes at the Garden Show) and I have had flaming diarrhea all evening long. So much for habanero dip.
I have no idea what this all adds up to (other than having flames shoot out my azz).
