I did 25 mins on the treadmill this morning.
It felt good even with the jumpy thigh muscles for a couple of minutes afterwards... LOL

Good morning ladies!
I am finally feeling better - whatever I have been fighting is starting to fade away and I felt good enough to run 4 miles today. It wasn't easy but I did it. My main problem has been my breathing, this cold thing really makes me wheeze and cough, although today was a little better. I do sound like an asthmatic though - it's a lovely sound.
I've got a busy weekend which will include some snowshoeing on Sunday - I'm ready to get outside and get some fresh air.

Hi, Kix! I'm going to commence exercising after work today. Instead of going to the gym to get sweaty at lunch, I went out to lunch with some of my co-workers. It was a break from my usual sweaty routine...
I will go to the gym after work for 45-60 minutes of cardio. My energy levels have been off for the past couple days -- mostly thanks to Aunt Flo I think -- so I'll gauge my workout based on how I'm feeling.
