The gym is open.  Be sure to watch out for any stray arrows Cupid shoots your way! I'll post my exercise later (I'm pretty sure it will involve shoveling snow.  68 degrees yesterday and a predicted high of 28 today.  Oy). Kix

Good Morning Kix, No snow shoveling here, but I did do 20 mins on the treadmill and no muscle twitching involved either....

I did 30 minutes on the bike this morning and I chose the most intense program.  Its crazy, when I started 10 minutes on an easy setting was nearly deadly.  Now its more that after 30 minutes I've reached my boredom limit.

I spent part of the morning shoveling slush (it snowed about two inches of snow cone ice).  My knees were sore after upping my weights on the lower body workout, so I did not do any killer treadmill.  Instead, I stayed home and cleaned house, including washing dog bedding.  Our shih-tzu decided to be quietly sick in his crate (hork and poop).  After he horked and pooped, he very nicely wadded up his bedding to conceal everything.   I went downstairs to let them out after I was done shoveling snow (my sister goes to work quite early and crates them when she leaves, and I let them out when I wake up), and I couldn't figure out why the room smelled funky.  I found out in a hurry when I tried to straighten out his blanket -- poop and hork flew all over the floor like some sort of disgusting confetti.  EEW! Oh, we also went to aquacise, which was taught tonight by a stupid teacher who didn't quite know what she was doing.  I could have done a better job teaching the class.  The upside is that there were only six of us there tonight, so there was plenty of room to exercise. As usual, I'm late in replying! I did teach aquafit today. It was COLD and WINDY here today. The Santa Ana winds have kicked up, and we were brave and/or stupid to be in the pool. The workout wasn't as hard, because of the wind. No one wanted to keep that much out of the water, so I had to quickly think of things that would keep us more submerged. Oh, our high temp on Tues. was 81 - it was a beautiful day - warm, sunny, absolutely gorgeous! Today, our high was 54 with strong winds. What a change!
