My surgery is Monday and im really getting nervous. I had my cava filter put in yesteday it wasnt to bad.. But i miss you guys.. Monday!!!  Wow, congratulations.  I know how crazy the emotions and nerves can get when you are counting the days!  I was nervous in the days leading up, but then the day before surgery I got very calm about the whole thing.  I knew it was what I needed to do, and while I wasn't exactly looking forward to it, I was emotionally ready.  Each person handles it differently, but I thought it was interesting that all my anxiety just disappeared.  Best Wishes for the next few days and of course for surgery day.

Congrats Lizzie,  Its good you are here befpre your surgery , I wish I had done that but I was one one of those I don't need no dumb support grouo person, Now i'm with you I have OH withdrawls!  I hated the Vena Cava Filter if you ask me the surgery was easier lol  course I was asleep for the surgery and awake for the filter lol  Good Luck sweety  Estelle
