I am soooo stupid

Well thanks for all your prayers however they were premature due to my stupidity. When they called me for my appointment on the 12th I assumed it was Febuary 12th when I got to my appointmentI I found out it was March 12 I was a month early. I am soooo bummed. one I am soo embarrased for being such a nervous nellie yesterday. and second because I was so looking forword to really starting my journey. Again thank you for all your prayers could you just ask God to put them off for a month???

Don't feel stupid in the least.... Ah, man -- what a bummer!!! Is there any way you can call them and ask them to add you to a "cancellation" list to see if you can get in earlier? I just did that for my sleep study & I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!  Good luck... We'll be thinking about you... Valerie

Thank you. I  did ask them to call me if there was a cancelation. I am trying to be more positive than I was yesterday. I keep telling mysef that everything happens for a reason and sometimes those reasons are never clear. But to be completly honest I am so very very very BUMMED

Look at it this way.....you have another month to learn even more about the WLS and all of its aspects.. Im still learning the nutrition part. I guess Im glad Ive had such a long wait for my surgery...Ive learned so much that I wouldnt have known otherwise.. You will be ok..I have faith... now, Chin UP! hugs

Ahh, I feel for ya. It happens to the best of us! It will get here (although if will feel like you are having you teeth slowly pulled out) but it will happen. I'll be sure to ask God to postpone my prayers for another month
