Good morning ladies (and again any men who happen to wander by) - How are you today?  I am tired, but perking up a little bit.  The neighbor is cooking something slow and its permeating our apartment too.  I woke up to this odd smell, not exactly good but not completely bad either.  Sort of like taco meat.  It solved my hunger dilemma though - nope I am NOT hungry right now.  I know you are supposed to eat breakfast, but its always kind of hit or miss with me.  I do best with a liquid like milk or a latte or some tea.  Anything more solid I need a few hours before I attempt.  I've always been like that, even before surgery. Today I plan to ignore my husband (someone is filling his shift so he can study for an exam Thurs).  We will go grocery shopping, since now its an emergency - we are out of cat food and toilet paper.   I will also complete the slides for another presentation that I am giving tomorrow.  Procrastination may or not be my problem - I'll decide and tell you later.

The things that constitute a grocery store emergency in my house include (1) toilet paper, (2) cat food, (3) cat litter, and (4) milk.  Anything else we can do without for a day or two!  Anyway, here's what I've eaten so far today and my plan for the rest of the day EDITED Wednesday to reflect the rest of what I ate in the evening!!!  My appetite really goes up during the week before my period starts and I was just hungry in the evening.  I'd eat something, wait 20 minutes or so, and if I still felt hungry I ate something else.  Did this until I wasn't hungry any more!!!!  Look forward to arrival of Aunt Flo and departure of increased appetite

In one of her past lives, my sister must have lived in a time where they did not have toilet paper, for running out of it is one of her biggest fears.  Consequently, every time Costco has a coupon sale for cash off their big packages of TP, she buys some.  I think we currently have five cases of TP in the garage.   What did I eat today? B: Instone pudding and EAS protein drink, 220 calories @ 37 g protein E:  En route to gym, stopped at gas station to buy lotto scrather and felt oddly lightheaded and wonky.  Bought bottled water and drank it in the car.  Ran one errand to Wally's, walked around Wally's and didn't feel lightheaded, but incredibly low on energy.  Elected to skip gym and go home to rest. L:  Big azz salad, but ended up eating only 1/2 lettuce and the shrimp, so not the full 500 calories, but not totally sure of the calorie count, maybe 300 calories, 20g protein S: 1 Atkins protein bar @ 150 calories, 11g protein      Bottled water fortified with prescription potassium powder (yuk) E: aquacise, expended 100 calories D:  five fried shrimp from Chinese restaurant, felt stuffed.  Calories/protein unk S: 1 Atkins protein bar @ 150 calories, 11g protein I feel so tired, I hope I'm not coming down with whatever it is everyone else in Colorado is catching these days.  I have plans all day Saturday and intend to see them through!
