Hello everyone - Oh what a day!  I am an emotional wreck today.  I've cried over a lot of stupid stuff and I just can't help it.  What a pain! Here's my Saturday menu - B - 4oz chicken breast, less than 1/4 cup brown rice, chili sauce L - NSA carnation instant breakfast in 16oz mootopia S - fiber one bar D - left over steak fajita meat (2oz) and left over bean/corn/rotel mixture, 1/4c cheddar cheese S - 1/2c sugar free protein/cream cheese pudding Calories - 943 Fat - 24g Carbs - 68g Fiber - 15g Protein - 93g

Jenn what is up darlin' to cause you such a tough day? Hope it got better as the day progresses. I ate oddly today. I was hungry but a couple of bites and I was stuffed. So it took me most of the day to eat a cup of oatmeal, 2 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon. My husband said I needed more protein so for dinner I got beef tips. I ate 2 and was stuffed. So not too good today :-(

Sun - no zoo after all (it was packed!) but we went to see our friends and I got to take lots of pictures of their adorable sons, so that was fun.  B - 16oz mootopia with a little SF vanilla syrup L - turkey, bacon, cheese, and tomato from an Arby's turkey wrap D - margarita (first hard alcohol I've tried, and I was completely drunk, with numb lips and face, after one margarita, yikes!  wine didn't do that) - a handful of tortilla chips with salsa, and an amazing dish from southern mexico - a roasted pablano pepper stuffed with pork, raisins, walnuts and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg - covered with a walnut cream sauce.  It came with beans, rice, and salad but I only had a few bites of salad.  S - fiber one bar Calories - dunno, didn't track it since we went out to dinner.
