That's pretty cool!  I'd like to have the same body type as my mom, hourglass and a cute bubble butt - I favor her in my face but not as much in the body.  For one thing I'm 8 inches shorter, and I'm also stockier in general.  My dad is 5'5" and kind of a wall - he's built like a bulldog.  I hope hope hope that I'm sort of petite under the rolls, but I kind of doubt it.  Everyone who knows us both keeps telling me how much I look like my mom now, and she commented on it in the last group of pictures I sent her too.  I inherited a bunch of old pictures (to scrapbook), and some feature bombshell teenage-version of mom laying around in bikini's at the pool and on the beach - and she looks like a 50's pinup.  Why didn't I get to spend my teens looking like that too??? Not fair!

She does look like the cute daughter of the before picture, doesn't she?

You go, Jen!

Hehe thanks :)  I think I look old and tired lately so this is nice to hear.  I always have bags under my eyes and when these pictures were taken I was literally about to fall over with sleep, even after two lattes.  I thought I looked pretty bad but didn't want to wait another day to take more.

There is sort of almost a waist happening somewhere in my midsection now.  The weirdest thing is feeling my hip bones.  I had to ask my husband if that's what they were LOL (and I've taught anatomy!) Thanks for the comment, and I hope to see some before and afters from you and everyone else on the boards!  :)

You look amazing, Jen - what a difference 128 pounds makes, eh?  Keep up the great work!  And pay no never mind to that darn weight loss predictor - it's not helpful for those of us that start out with so much to lose.  Plus we all lose at different rates anyway!   You're doing a great job and I'm glad to share your journey -  Kellie

Thanks Kellie, I don't pay any mind to it now, but at first I really expected my loss to at least sort of follow what it showed.  Not even close.  I was a little slower than some people on my surgery month board, but now I've lost more than most of them since surgery.  If only I were already at goal like some of them!!
