Here's what was on my plate Thursday and my plan for the rest of the day-

B - 1 c. 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker weight control oatmeal

S #1 - 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. sugar-free preserves, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

S #2 - 1 medium banana

[workout #1 - lower body strength training and leg exercises from physical therapist]

L - Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer - chicken w/ marinara

S #3 - venti non-fat latte w/ sugar-free vanilla syrup

S #4 - 1 slice whole-wheat bread, 3 slices turkey, 1 slice low-fat cheese, 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts,

[workout #2 - 45-60 minutes of cardio - don't know exactly what I'll do]

D - baked lemon chicken breast, steamed mixed veggies or brocolli, sugar-free cherry jello

S #5 - 100 calorie Healthy Choice fudge bar

I was very snacky today.  I have been really busy all day, running on very little sleep, and didn't get a good meal but I'm making something substantial for dinner, fajitas. B - grande latte S - promise activ supershot, twizzlers sugar-free 1 serving L - grilled chicken salad (grilled chicken, cherries, walnuts, goat cheese, mixed greens, basalmic vg) - I didn't much of it but what I had was good S - grande latte S - lunchables jr. (turkey, mozz, ritz) D - 2 corn tortillas, 4oz steak fajita meat, peppers, onions, and 1/8cup cheddar Calories - 1154 Fat - 41g Carbs - 138g Fiber - 3g (will take a supplement) Protein - 66g

In an effort to be good, I switched out the corn tortillas for a mixture of pinto beans, sweet corn, and rotel - it upped my fiber to 11, and my protein to 71, and lowered my calories by 20.

Man, I am having a hard time getting up here to post this - I just get distracted with other things. Ever feel like your head is spinning? That's how I've been feeling lately, just a little scattered. But I thought I should get up and be accountable and here I am. pre-workout snack: pb pudding (of course :-) breakfast: 1/2 banana and 1 atkins protein bar snack: 1/4 c. raisins and cheese and crackers (yup, I'm trying these again - I'm just desperate for something besides protein bars and so far, I'm doing ok) lunch: spinach salad - one of my favs! Homemade strawberry vinagrette, strawberries, walnuts and chicken. Yum! snack: atkins protein bar dinner: WW homestyle chicken with green beans snack: 2 granola bites and 1/2 c. strawberries with 1/4 c. sugar free cool whip calories: 2182 fat: 113 protein: 102 carbs: 221 fiber: 38 water: 88 so far, probably closer to 100 by tonight Can you tell a trend? I'm fighting a cold so I have been eating lots of fruit. It seems to be working. Oh yeah, did anyone notice... NO TOOTSIE ROLLS TODAY!!! I have conquered the beast... for the day at least

Hey QT I put on a pair of jeans today that I haven't warn since Thanksgiving vacation and they fell off :)   That was treat for me.   We had a good time at Chinese new year I ate Lobster. I eat it every year on Chinese New Year its the only time I can afford it lol  But i'm pretty sure its fried like the whole lobster is cut in 1/2 and fried and then drenched in this sauce. It was really good but no one will tell you how they make it so I didn't eat to much of it.  oh and I did sit next to sannddee and she was drinking white russians sooooooooo I kinda "shared" lol  I was thinking i was going to get sick but I didn't, I didnt drink enough to drink a whole one maybe 1/4 but it was so rich I really thought it would make me sick. Anyway todays nut info is B=one egg with a 1/2 piece of ww rye toast No crust L=south beach diet protein bar ( serious dump)  I have yet to figure out this whole dumping thing because I can eat something it doesn't happen, others you wouldnt think would do it and I dump. D=1 chicken legg and broccoli and tofu I made with peanut sauce s= sf ff hot coco
