Gym is Open (Thursday 2/7)
I did my lower body strength training today (glad I did, I haven't done quads work in a couple of days and my knees were killing me. Quads work makes my knees hurt less).
I got in 10 minutes on the treadmill doing intervals when the power went out at the gym.
My sister and I did go to aquacise tonight. I got in a pretty decent workout. One old bat next to me would not shove over (she came late and horned in on "my" space), so when we did the leg extension exercises, I made sure to kick her a couple of times until she finally got it and moved over. I know, I'm going straight to Hell for kicking the elderly. Fit me for my horns and trident now!
