Here's my Saturday B - 8oz mootopia L - the toppings off of two pieces of pizza (cheese and tomato on one, ham, peppers, onions, and cheese on the other) and about two bites of crust D - half of a chargrilled sandwich from chick fil a, side salad with light italian dressing, croutons, and sunflower seeds S - other half of chargrilled sandwich Its an all take-out food kind of day, blech.  Pizza is seriously low on my totem pole of food.  They serve it at school for every function (I could have it 3 times a week at school if I wanted to.)  After year 1 I couldn't even stand the smell.  But sometimes husband wants pizza and I usually don't eat any but the grocery situation is dire today.  I have no idea on calories, protein, anything today.  I'm sure protein is fine.

Sure, come join right in!  It looks like you did really well today.  Its hard not to go crazy before the surgery.  Do you have to lose a certain amount before surgery?

yeah well not really. I was doing really well losing the weight required by my HMO but once they sent me to the sergeon it went down hill from there. The leson I learned is my Stress eating is something that I will have to fight for the rest of my life. All the stress of waiting for official approval during the holidays which I did not recieve till the 14th of January. then waiting to get into my PCP to be refered for my upper GI and Cardiac Clearance and then waiting for those to be approved so I can get cleared and then maybe finaly get a surgery date. My eating went nuts and I gained back some of the weight which I am sooo ashamed to admit. My Sergeon never said anything about my weight but I know that a BMI under 60 is safer surgery wise. and also from Big Medicine I know it is good idea to try to shrink my liver. and I don't want to shock the heck out of myself when I start the full liquid two weeks prior to surgery.so in a nutshell I am back on the horse hahahha

I am also struggling to get my eating under control. Work stress was bad this week.

B - Evil Eggs: toasted WW pita, eggwhite omelete, 2 pc swiss cheese, squirt of catsup, spicy Mrs. Dash. Hubby named this. Once the Mrs. Dash hits the ketchup, which has been warmed by the heat of the eggs, it gives off a powerful spicy odor.

L - 2 grilled turkey burger patties in 2 ww low carb wraps, lots of lettuce & sliced onion, T mayo

D - Grilled lime cilantro chicken, cooked spinach, grilled onion

We wouldn't be mad or jealous of you or any such silly thing.  There is no DS/RNY war gonna happen in my posts All I can say is, where's the veggies?  I know they have carbs, but the veggies are yummy and good for you.  I think we might have had that discussion before though.  When do you move back in to you house?
