what do you take for heart burn?
I am a big fan of prilosec...
i used to take nexium but then my insurance changed and it wasn't on their formulary and it was just too expensive and so the doc switched me to something else that didn't work then i tried the prilosec and i have been taking it for a year or so off and on as needed and it works great!

You've got to say, I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It's called perseverance. -Lee Iacocca

I took zegerid, then switched to prilosec (OTC) and now I am back on Zegerid. If you are having actual heartburn symptoms I'd talk to your surgeon as I think that's fairly unusual.
