I love the fiesta bites, and so does my entire family! I've made them with ground turkey and in place of the pimentos I use a drained can of Rotel tomatoes - yummy that way too!

I just made them, haven't tried one but my husband had several and gave them his seal of approval :)  They smell good, but they kind of stuck in the pan.  I greased it pretty well so I'm not sure what happened Ground turkey is a good idea - I alternate on how I feel about ground turkey, but I like the IDEA of it.

Aww he's such a cutie - I hope he had a happy birthday.  I need to look for the hawaiian punch, but if it has artificial sweeteners (sugar alcohols) it can definitely reverse the problems you had last week.  Some people are more sensitive than others, bu****ch out!
