Gym is Open (Wednesday 1/30)
Let's see, I did 300 calories worth of work on the killer treadmill (I think it came to about 40ish minutes with the warmup and cooldown).
Today was leg day, so I did hip adductors, quads, and leg extensions as well as my daily ab crunches.
My entire workout took a litle over an hour. Felt good, too.
