Its just that its downright embarrasing to be out of breath and sweating when the other women seem to NOT and they do things with ease where I have to struggle. I'll get over that and I know it will get a little easier each time.    HUGS  Jeanine

Am going to try water aerobics after work. Gotta remember not to push too hard. My mind thinks I'm fitter than I am and I end up paying dearly in aches and pains afterward.

I'm too damn competitive. Leader says "faster, higher", I think that means me. 

Need to be in the office again today, so will do more walking - farther to go pee. I should get a pedometer so I can count that too! 

It is so much easier to get my swimming in when I'm working at home. Sigh.

I love my pedometer.  I'm discouraged that I'm still not up to 10,000 steps yet.  Short of walking over to PJ's house and back, I'm not sure how to get my steps up to that number! Kix

You know some days I feel ultra-energized and exercise is wonderful.  Other days I can't get myself moving.  I think today is going to be one of the latter.  I have to work from 2-12 so I'll probably break up the time with a few walks around campus.  I'll also try to take the stairs, but no formal exercise for me today.  I'm tired.
