The gym is open! I may go to aquacise with my sister this evening, but I'm taking it easy on the killer treadmill for a day or two until I'm back on solid foods.   What did you do to move your body today? Recouperating Kix

the walk with my DGD yesterday was great but so was the nap afterwards, LOL So I'm thinking, since it's icky out today, 15 mins on really low speed on the treadmill followed by a nice long nap will be my limit today.....

Hiya, Kix.  Thanks for keeping the gym open, even though your still a bit under the weather.  I was glad to read that your surgeon doesn't think it's a stricture or an ulcer.  While a stomach virus can be bad, at least it doesn't require serious medical intervention.  I hope you continue to feel better each day I did not make it to the gym at lunch today.  Instead, I met one of my internal customers over lunch.  We had a nice chat, and I had a very tasty salad with grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, pine nuts and a delicious honey lime vinaigrette dressing.  It was a nice break from my normal lunch time workout routine.   I will go to the gym after work today.  Not sure if I'll do my upper body strength training routine and cardio, or just the cardio.  I'll see what I feel like doing when I get there.  But I'm definitely going!   Good luck to everyone finding the time, energy and motivation to move it today!!!! Hi Kix, I taught a very intense aquafit class this morning.  Even my 18yo daughter was complaining about how hard it was!  We really concentrated on LEGS this morning.  I'm tired!

Hi Kix, I did 20 min recumbent bike, 20 minutes treadmill, and 2 rounds of 15 reps on each arm machine at the gym. I also went to Avenue because a lot of stuff was on sale... shopping is harder now.  I tried on 8 shirts, 6 pairs of pants, and 3 bras.  I left with one bra.  I am picky now, it can't just fit, it has to look good and be a deal or I'm not spending money on it, especially since its not going to last long.  Also, I was hoping they'd have coats on sale, I'm gonna need one for CO but I don't want anything nice that won't fit next winter.

April for a conference in Breckenridge.  I'm taking my husband, and we'll rent a car and visit Kix and PJ.  I'm also secretly hoping I'll get to take a couple of portraits of Kix and PJ (but its a secret...shhhh...)
