Gym and Pool are open - Weekend
Thanks for opening the gym for the weekend!
I didn't exercise yesterday. Aunt Flo arrived (unannounced, just like she used to before I became SMO) and I felt too crampy and UGH to do any killer treadmill.
I will do killer treadmill today, probably not a whole hour like Friday, but at least a half-hour. No machines today, I think I'll do those on MWF so I can keep track of when I need to do them.

That's a great WOW moment Patty - congrats! Exercise does make a difference.
Yesterday I did about 4 hours of snowshoeing - it was a gorgeous day and great exercise. I figured I burned about 1800 calories, not too bad for a day outside.
Today was my sprint and weights day. I was able to do sprints for 45 minutes, which are exhausting but I love how I feel afterwards.
Now, I'm sitting her doing absolutely nothing but type of my computer - kind of a nice break!

That's a heck of a lot of calories!
We saw No Country for Old Men today - I love the Coen Brothers generally, but this one I'm going to have to ruminate about for a while before I decide if I liked it or not. It was VERY suspenseful, but odd.
Then we walked around Target - bought clearance gloves for CO for us (all I got were mittens but s'ok I just know I'm going to be cold, a couple of water bottles, a thermal lunch box for me, and a men's thermal shirt for me... warm and cozy... and all was on clearance! It was like $25 for all of that.
I have not exercised today, and I don't think I will.

I went to the gym. 30 min treadmill. I got up to a 3.5!!!! ...but i only did 3.5 for 2 mins.....but i barely could make it at a 3.0 pre surgery so im very happy. I also did about 30min weights and 15 min streaching. My goal for this week is to work out at least 3 times within the week!
