I know it is a No-No to do caffine and carbonated beverages and no sugar or fat!
Well I didn't do any of that 8 months prior to surgery, I havent done sugar in a long time because I was diabetic prior. Just need help getting fluids in and I am sick of what I am drinking!

I use lots of the crystal lite to go packets in my bottles of water. Each bottle can be a different flavor, and I don't feel bored with that.
Also, new at Costco, you will find Kirkland Vita Rain, and these are flavored water drinks with vitamins. Similar to Vitamin Water brand, but no calories/sugar.
What is it that you want to be drinking?
I made a post abou****er Sensations, and there are a couple of powdered drink mixes at the grocery stores made with splenda. Since you are diabetic, you might want to check what Propel is sweetened with. I know I can't have it. (I'm assuming you focus on managing your blood sugar first and foremost, not just on dumping).
