I know it is a No-No to do caffine and carbonated beverages and no sugar or fat!

Well I didn't do any of that 8 months prior to surgery, I havent done sugar in a long time because I was diabetic prior.  Just need help getting fluids in and I am sick of what I am drinking!

I use lots of the crystal lite to go packets in my bottles of water.  Each bottle can be a different flavor, and I don't feel bored with that. Also, new at Costco, you will find Kirkland Vita Rain, and these are flavored water drinks with vitamins.  Similar to Vitamin Water brand, but no calories/sugar. What is it that you want to be drinking?

I drink a lot of Propel with Calcium - good hydration, plus it helps me meet my daily calcium needs.  Two birds, one stone - always good in my book.  It also contains some B vitamins as well.   Kellie

Kristy, I make a gallon of Wylers' s.f. mix then pour it into 3 32 oz water bottles.  I only fill them 3/4 then I put them in the freezer.  When I go to work I take out two and then fill with water and drink all day. I sometimes get close to a gallon of water per day. Jeanne

I made a post abou****er Sensations, and there are a couple of powdered drink mixes at the grocery stores made with splenda. Since you are diabetic, you might want to check what Propel is sweetened with. I know I can't have it. (I'm assuming you focus on managing your blood sugar first and foremost, not just on dumping).
Practice safe eating - always use condiments.
