Well, our friends are taking us out to dinner in sympathy for Ryan's job loss. We did the same thing for them a few months ago, its good to have friends sometimes. We are going to Friday's because I like and can comfortably eat the dragonfire chicken. So now that I know dinner (barring any unforeseen margaritas) I'll just go ahead and post my food for the day right now.

Here's my damage (actually this was/is a good day in terms of eating)
B - 12 oz high protein lactose-free nonfat milk, 1 packet no sugar added carnation instant breakfast
L - quesadilla made with 1 mission multigrain tortilla, 1/4 cup mozzarella, and 2oz pico de gallo
S - 2 pieces of ghiradelli twilight delights chocolate (that would be around the time of the bad news, shame on me)
D - dragonfire chicken from Friday's - I am giving the nut info as if I were going to eat the whole thing, which I won't, but I'll probably take it home and fini**** before bed anyway
S - leftover dragonfire chicken?
Water - so far not great, but will get in at least 64oz by bedtime
Calories - 1054
Fat - 30g
Carbs - 66g
Fiber - 15g
Protein - 80g
Exercise - doubtful.

Edit - I had 1/2 my chicken, hubby ate the rest, but I'll have some kind of protein-rich snack before bed. No margaritas - I didn't bring my ID and the waiter actually checked?!? I hardly ever get IDed, even when I was underage.
Dunny you should try www.Zilchmixers.com - I bought SF margarita mix from them and when I go out instead of having a margarita I order a water on the rocks with a shot of tequila, when it comes I add my little packet and it tastes the very same as if I orderd a margarita but less than 100 calories! I usually use one shot for two margaritas - I'm a light weight!
I don't drink often but I had these with me on New Year's Eve and everyone wanted to try them.
Sorry to hear about Ryan's job. :(

Thanks for the suggestion! I've only had one glass of wine since surgery and it hit me HARD so I am hesitant to drink, but a nice salty margarita might become more tempting in a few more months and a low-cal mixer definitely helps!
Not done eating yet, but here's what I have had so far. I'll edit it later when I'm doing eating for the day.
B: 2 EAS protein drinks @ 220 calories, 34g protein
1 mug decaf coffee with the usual add-ins @ 20 calories, 2g protein
Exercise: Killer treadmill x 45 minutes (woohoo!) = 345 calories expended
L: 2 EAS protein drinks @ 220 calories, 34g protein
S: 1 Atkins protein bar @ 150 calories, 11g protein
1 mug decaf coffee with the usual add-ins @ 20 calories, 2g protein
So far, this puts me at: 700 calories - 350 expended = 350 calories
85g protein
Oh, I forgot to add in the 60 oz of water.

I did ok today, not great. The tootsie roll monster reared it's ugly head again - everyone at work has caught on to my obsession and I find tootsie rolls on my desk all the time. I need to ask them all to stop please!!!
pre-workout snack: fat-free yogurt
after workout snack/breakfast: 2 eggs, fried with pam spray
snack: 6 tootsie rolls
lunch: WW Homestyle Chicken and green beans
snack: atkins protein bar
snack: 6 tootsie rolls and 1 cup cocoa with skim milk
dinner: lean meatloaf and green beans
snack: 3 bags of granola bits
calories: 1979
fat: 66
carbs: 264
protein: 86
fiber: 20
water: 108 ounces
I'm still trying to figure out how to work on emotional eating - I did reserve the book "Mindless Eating" at the library, it's seem like a very practical, common sense type of book (the type I love). I had a moment of panic today when I just wanted to figure it out NOW!!! But common sense prevailed and I have realized this is a long process and I need to just take it a day at a time. This weekend is kind of 'break' time for me - I'm heading to Colorado Springs Saturday afternoon and mom and I plan on a nice dinner tomorrow night. Should be nice.
