That's me tomorrow - I have blood drawn at noon (oy) so I'm going to be hungry. The Wii is a lot of fun, I definitely recommend it. We got lucky and found one for ourselves last Jan, then we found one for my little brother in Oct. They are soooo hard to find (except on ebay of course.)
Crackers are evil. And they settle so well in the pouch, so they are double evil. Lucky maintenance man!

Hehe, we've placed a few Wii's with friends too (and cats - you get kittens with your Wii so beware of what you wish for) - anytime we see one we call someone we know who wants one and ask them if we should buy it and they can pay us for it. So if I grab one I'll let you know - and if you don't want it I will go to ebay or find someone who wants it. Everyone seems to!
Hey there Dunny.
Today was a much better day for me - my choices were much better and not so much out of control.
pre-workout snack: peanut butter pudding
After-workout snack: fat free yogurt
lunch: 1/4 c. caesar salad, spinach salad with egg, cheese and some sort of dried noodle w/fat free ranch dressing, half of a piece of cornbread and 1 pat of butter, then 1 cup of sugar free/fat free chocolate mousse (I went out with a friend to a salad bar, can you tell?)
snack: banana and atkins protein bar
snack: string cheese and a handful of almonds and a couple of tootsie rolls (I only ate a few and stopped, I was pretty proud of myself!)
dinner: lean meatloaf and 1/4 cup of green beans
snack: my always wonderful granola bites - I always have 3, that many work best to keep me regular. There are 6 to a box so it evens out pretty well. However, I had one left in a box and figured that if I really wanted the whole "even amount" thing I would have to eat the extra, then my usual 3. Pretty bad, huh? Sad part is it makes perfect sense to me, crazy.

Yay! I'm glad things were more under control for you today - and lots of water! I need to start posting my water too - or liquid in general.
Today: 16 oz milk, 60oz water. I'm still working on the water - I drink right up until bed time... sadly I am still barely ever going to the bathroom.
They are the Quaker Granola Bites - they only have 2 grams of fiber per pack but for some reason they work for me. I won't eat them for a few days and I have big time problems. I think it's the whole grain oats that do it for me and that's the first ingredient. There is 6 grams of sugar but sugar is way low on the list of ingredients (whi*****ludes whole grain wheat flour, whole grain brown rice and whole grain oat flour, etc).
They are tough for me to put done, I love them! But I've got some hard and fast rules for eating them, don't keep them at work and only eat them at night as my evening snack. They are so much better than Milk of Magnesia!
