Does working out make you hungrier? And posting food daily?

I notice on the days where I really get a decent workout I am much hungrier. Its a little bit annoying honestly, but I'm guessing its normal. Do you find the same thing?
Also, I've been posting my food every evening on the main board or the rny board - if I started a post daily here instead would anyone participate? I like posting and reading other people's days because it gives me food ideas and keeps me honest, but I don't know if that's something the people on this board would be interested in.
I'd do it - good way to keep accountable!
As for the hunger, yeah, that's pretty normal. Your body is just telling you something - I would listen to it and eat something small. I actually eat something before I workout (usually pudding, yogurt or fruit) then eat something no later than an hour after I workout. It keeps my blood sugar stable and I don't get hungry that way. They are always small snacks but certainly do help.

Well I'll start a post tonight and we'll see how it goes :)
Working out definitely affects my hunger. I eat a banana or apple or a yogurt about 45 minutes before I exercise; otherwise by the time I'm done exercising I'm FAMISHED and ready to devour whatever I can put my hands on! One of the dieticians in the Diet & Nutrition forum suggested that eating good carbs about an hour before you workout is a good choice. It gives your body the fuel it needs to have a good workout, and the hour gives your body time to digest the carbs.
I'd probably participate in a daily post about my food intake, although it would get repetitious, as I eat the same things almost every day. I do mix things up once in a while, but I'm routine oriented, even when it comes to food. I like the idea of getting ideas about different things to eat from other folks' posts; we tend to get in ruts about eating the same thing for dinner, and that's the one meal where I'm really interested in variety.
Good post, Jen!

I read somewhere (I think it was the Cardio Diet) where it was suggested that you eat one half of a protein snack prior to exercise, and one half after exercise.
I always eat breakfast before I exercise, I'd fall down dead without it. My breakfasts aren't usually huge meals, usually a protein RTD or two, or a can of protein pudding, or if I have time, a buffalo patty. I drink lots of water during and after exercise, and eat a small snack if I feel hungry. Most of the time, I'm more thirsty than hungry.
I'll post my daily eating. I need to get back into the habit of using my Palm version of Calorie King, so it's not that hard to post here, too.
I tried making my own protein pudding, but it's either too gritty or it doesn't set up properly. Now that I've discovered I can drink decaf coffee again without it giving me an upset stomach (I had to give up coffee after my gallbladder came out in '81 because coffee made me ill), I'll use the SF syrups I bought for my pudding in the coffee.
