Gym is Open (Monday 1/7)
Even though this is my day off from exercise, I just had to mention that sad face on your post. It was so funny to see that on an exercise post, although I get the reason. I'm with Jen, I'm a carb addict. I got rid of EVERYTHING in my house except what I am allowing myself to eat because I just can't stop right now. It's irritating and frustrating and all those other words I can't think of right now. Just last night I opened my bag of rice cakes (a decent choice, overall) and went to town. I never thought I would say that I pigged out on rice cakes, but I just wanted something crunch and salty. They are now in my dumpster for the rats to enjoy.
I know I lost a lot this week but it was a HUGE struggle. I wanted to eat all the time - I only gave in a few times but still - this past month is a good reminder how this will always be a struggle.
Good luck with the 5-day pouch test - last time you did it you did really well, so this could be a good start. Just don't feel alone with this - it sounds like all of us struggle with this BIG TIME!!! And just remember how far you have come, you should be so proud of yourself! You've lost a tons and have just a little more to go - don't forget that!
