Well today marks 5 months - I've lost 118 lbs total and 83 since surgery.  Here is a before and after, and there will be more in my profile.  I am bummed I only lost 13 lbs this month, but I am happy to see some physical differences now that I am looking at the pictures.  5 months weight loss progress All the best! Wonderful pictures!  You are doing so well!  You look like you must feel better!  It is normal for your weight loss to start slowing down which is very frustrating ( believe me I know) but as long it keeps moving rejoice. (((Hugs))) Nanci

Some ? Geeesh you look great!! Do you feel like you could do cart wheels? 13 lbs in a month is nothing to sneeze at but I know how you feel I think we are all to hard on our selves. I mean after all if we need someone to point out all the bad things about us we can go visit my mother lol
Seriously Jen you do look great and you must feel it too!

Your an inspiration.

Wow, wow, wow!!!!  What an amazing difference - you're looking great!  Just stick with it - the weight loss does slow down between 6 and 9 months for a lot of folks, but you can continue to lose for quite a while even when the "honeymoon" is over.  Again, I say WOW!!! Kellie
