Hello Everyone

Oh my goodness!!!!! Look at all of you guys!! I have not been on here in a while either, well at least the boards. Everyone looks great, and different from when we started the journey. I just put up some new pics myself. What a difference time makes. Congrats Tonja on the baby. And I have done a few more 10 k walks. YAY!! Soos, ~sigh~ I was wondering about you. Willby... What can I say?  You guys just hang in there and keep up the great job that you have already concured. 

(((Kwheen))) What were you wondering about my dear???  I will tell all..just ask  Look at you girl!!! You turned into one sexy mama.........What a difference a few years makes! It is so nice that us oldies but goodies all popped in at the same time to check in. I havent posted on this board for months and months. I know how you feel about the last 60 or so lbs because I cant lose them either, but I dont care.......I am much happier with the body I have now as oppose to my 423lb body thats for sure. Hi Kwheen! It's good to hear from you.  Great job on the 10Ks; I haven't done any walks/runs since July.  I was busy from April to July, mostly with 5K runs, but I was getting too pooped out.  I can't wait to get going again as soon as Charlotte is born.  I'll probably take her on the treadmill with me to start with.  Keep up the great work!
