I did about 20 minutes slow walking on the treadmill and then 35 minutes on the recumbent bike much harder than I usually ride.

Dunny, it took me a while to work up to 20 minutes on the treadmill, and here you are, already at 20 minutes and you've just started at the gym!  Well done! Kix

I dragged myself to the pool today for the 1st time in a while. Swam about 30 minutes - 3 sets of 10 lengths, plus 2 lengths of water walking. I did some water aerobics in a place in the pool where the sun was shining in - very nice.

Oregon must get more sun than Washington state.  The whole time I lived in Olympia, it rained every day except the month of July, when the sun would shine and the skies were a beautiful blue. Everyone took their vacations then, too. Good workout today! Kix

What a day! We went to the mall, and my sister was in her majordomo mood, so she walked very fast.  She is a bit taller than I am and has longer legs, so I had to walk like a chihuahua on crack to keep up with her.  She stopped at a few places and picked up some items while I walked, then we went to the Build a Bear store. We finished there, and she wanted to keep shopping, so I kept walking and told her I'd meet her at Target.  I almost make it to Target when I hear her yelling my name rather loudly.  She wanted to know where her packages were.  I told her she never gave me her packages, so we had to go back and retrace our steps -- turns out she set them down at the Build a Bear store.   I got a longer workout than I planned at the mall, so I was almost too tired to enjoy my walk in Boulder.  We walked a few blocks and then went for a brief drive.  I bought some losing scratcher tickets, then it was off to her ultrasound appointment. I came home and found my nieces had sent me a mini-trampoline for Chirstmas.  I had a specific one in mind which is much nicer than the one they sent, so I have to say I'm feeling less than appreciative about this gift.  When they asked me what I wanted for a gift, I told them I would like gift cards so I can get things I need.  Now, I have a mini-trampoline that isn't the one I wanted and looks like it might fall apart with regular use.  Sigh. Ungrateful Kix
