30 minutes treadmill at a fast walk no incline, some stretching before and after. The gym was ok. I was definitely intimidated, but I found a place by myself and just sucked it up.
Treadmills are interesting, its the first time I ever used one. I'm not sure what think except that it makes me a little dizzy and I feel like I'm a hamster in a wheel. Apparently the dizziness will get better. We are supposed to meet with a trainer tomorrow for an orientation and exercise plan. I am thinking about buying 1 or 3 sessions with a trainer to get me started. We get a little bit of a discount because of Ryan's work, and another discount because we are new. I want to see how the one we are meeting with is before I give him any money though. He seemed kind of disinterested when we talked to him the other day, but maybe it was a bad day.
